This will be slightly biased because I am a fan of this particular designer. I haven’t always been but for the past few years I have been pleasantly surprised by his collection. The pieces are the embodiment of classic style made updated by the skillful hands of designer Ralph Lauren. This particular collection is a modern spin on the clean style that is known as American Classic. Think of style icons like Jackie Onassis, Katherine Hepburn, and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy.
This collection contains both femme and masculine details. Polka dots, thigh slits gowns, and chiffon dresses are flirty and fun. My favorite pieces in this collection are the body contouring dress with a keyhole décolletage and the sharp white suite paired with a navy polka dot tie.
