Hi friends and happy weekend to you! This weekend I’ve been ordered to “take it easy” so I am. A little accident earlier this week has made me take it a bit slower than I usually like but that does not mean I cannot open all the windows and enjoy what I hope is finally spring! Even in San Diego, especially on the coast, it can be a little chilly to open the windows but I hate a closed window when the sun is shinning, don’t you?
I came upon this heavenly spring cocktail and I just loved the name “Zen Blossom”. Needing a little zen in my hectic life it just looks and sounds delicious. I enjoy green tea but I did not know there was a green tea liqueur, did you? Well that is precisely with this lovely libation is made with and some white rum, and coconut cream. It really does sound like zen in a glass and couldn’t we all use a little zen in our lives? No need to answer I know. Drink photo & image via She Knows. Find the recipe there, too!
After a little absence from Inside the Lovely the winner of this gorgeous bowl by Paloma’s Nest was announced. Congratulations Victoria! The decor in these eclectic chic rooms are right up my alley.
