Brooke Shields’s Manhattan home is the epitome of relaxed elegance…and that’s what makes it a Lovely Lair. It would be hard to get me out of the house on a cold New York day with a home like this.  All the rooms of  this home are beautifully appointed. Not one room feels cold or too “staged” . My favorite rooms are the living room and guest room. The mixture of the 1970s styled Lucite coffee table, with the Louis XVI armchairs are perfect together. How darling are those painted portraits of her daughters? The guest room’s shiny dark wood floors, wood burning fireplace, and dark brown walls would warmly welcome any guest.
